Kochi-Pune passengers of Air India Express flight stranded at Kochi airport for more than 6 hours

Around 160 Air India Express passengers experienced a frustrating delay at Kochi airport. Flight IX-2714 to Pune, scheduled for 5:20 pm, faced a technical snag, leaving passengers stranded for over six hours. Initial two-hour delay announcements turned indefinite, causing heated exchanges with ground staff.
