The palkhis rested in Pune before embarking to Pandharpur. The overwhelming response was due to good rainfall. The trust organized rituals before the journey. The journey from Alandi to Pandharpur was smooth, with warm welcomes at various junctions. The participants, including myself, immersed in a devotional atmosphere.
