WhatsApp hacking new ploy of scamsters to dupe people

Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad police received complaints about hackers using a new technique to hack WhatsApp accounts. Fraudsters ask victims to forward calls and messages to a specific number. Victims are then tricked into giving away their OTP and login details. The fraudsters operate from remote locations across the country.
