PMC looks to ease traffic as Metro work in last leg

PMC aims to ease vehicular movement on the road stretch between Balgandharva chowk and Dengle bridge. They plan to provide space for buses, better facilities for pedestrians, and smooth traffic during rush hours. The Metro work has caused traffic issues at key junctions, including PMC chowk, Mangala Talkies chowk, and Dengle bridge. PMC is studying the problems and seeking expert views to introduce changes. Maha Metro is constructing an exit-entry point and a new ramp connecting the footpath with the Metro station and Shivaji bridge.
