PMC finds 33 missing road links, starts work on some

The civic body in Pune has identified 33 missing road links in the city to reduce traffic congestion. Work has already started on some of these stretches. The administration is making arrangements of funds to develop these road links. The missing links will provide commuters with alternative roads to travel. Land acquisition has been a major hurdle in connecting the missing links, but discussions with landowners are progressing. The civic administration is also reviewing the status of the Baner-Pashan Link Road and will work on it to ease traffic in the area.
