150 flyers spend 2 hours in snag-hit aircraft, over 3 hours more in airport

Around 150 passengers on an IndiGo flight from Pune to Delhi experienced a delay of over five hours due to a technical problem. The aircraft developed a snag during taxiing and engineers were unable to fix it. Passengers were allowed to deboard around 3.30 am and were flown to Delhi in an alternative aircraft at 7.30 am. The delay caused disruptions to many passengers' onward travel plans. Passengers expressed frustration over the lack of communication from the airline during such situations.
