Many tried to finish off Sanatan Dharma, but failed: RSS functionary

RSS joint general secretary Manmohan Vaidya criticized DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin's comments on Sanatan Dharma, stating that the meaning of Sanatan is deeper than religion and that it has shaped society well. Vaidya also mentioned that India has always maintained a spiritual democracy and that the RSS aims to rectify wrong practices in society. He discussed the issue of reservations, stating that the RSS supports constitutionally based reservations for historically deprived communities. Vaidya also highlighted the progress India has made under the BJP government and stated that the country is on the right path. In addition, the RSS passed a resolution to increase the representation of women in all fields, suggesting the government may revive the push for women's reservation in legislatures.
