Dilip Walse-Patil apologises for remarks against Sharad Pawar

State cooperation minister Dilip Walse-Patil, once a Sharad Pawar loyalist, on Monday apologised for his statement that the NCP patriarch could not form a government on his own in the state during his political career and said that his statement was "misconstrued".
