Surge pricing, lack of rickshaws at stands increase citizens' suffering

Citizens have started to face trouble while trying to book cabs or rickshaws on apps such as Ola and Uber since Wednesday - when the rains picked up again. While many users cannot find rides on apps, some that managed to faced repeated cancellations.
