NCLT oks sale of Lavasa to Darwin group at Rs 1,814cr

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)'s Mumbai bench on Friday gave its final approval to a resolution plan that enables Mumbai-based Darwin Platform Group Companies to take over the development of Lavasa City, India's first post-independent private hill station project, at Mulshi in Pune district.
