Maha ATS invokes UAPA charges against 2 terror suspects

The Maharashtra ATS on Tuesday invoked provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act against the two members of the ISIS-inspired group Sufa, who were wanted by NIA for a year in a terror case in Rajasthan and arrested by the Kothrud police on July 18.
