Gorhe: 'Good touch bad touch' initiative needed across state

The department of child welfare and education should implement the "good touch, bad touch" initiative across the state with the help of Unicef and Gravittus Foundation on Child Rights and Development, deputy chairman of the Maharashtra Legislative Council Neelam Gorhe, said on Monday.
