Water helpline flooded with complaints of low pressure

The new water helpline launched by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is being flooded with calls from citizens, complaining about low-pressure supply. Around 550 of the 750 calls made to the helpline were related to it. According to the PMC, the helpline was started around a month ago and since then they have received many calls from the Peth as well as the 23 recently merged areas. Residents want the supply infrastructure to be improved and the staff to be efficient.
