Maha board students to get 10 mins extra for writing exams

State board students appearing for SSC (X) and HSC (XII) exams will now get 10 minutes extra, courtesy a last minute revision of exam rules. Last week, the board had scrapped its previous rule of distributing question papers 10 minutes before the scheduled exam start time. Following negative feedback from parents and academics over this, the board decided to add 10 minutes towards the end of the exam.
