Pune: 'Why inaction against manja manufacturers?'

The city police's move to curb the nylon manja menace was not going beyond oral assurances of striking at the root of the problem, with all the action being limited to registering cases against the sellers and users, citizens said, while demanding more proactive approach by the law enforcement agencies against the manufacturers.
