Ex-U-19 cricket captain booked for kidnapping

Former India under-19 cricket captain Vijay Zol and his younger brother, Vikram, were among 20 people booked on charges of kidnapping, extortion and rioting apart from under sections of the Indian Arms Act following a complaint lodged by a 44-year-old crypto currency investment manager on Tuesday.
