Pune RTA rejects Rapido's bike taxi licence plea

The Pune Regional Transport Authority (RTA), headed by the district collector, on Thursday rejected Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited's application for licence to operate its Rapido bike taxi and autorickshaw services in the city and Pimpri Chinchwad, reports Joy Sengupta.
