Border row to hot up Maharashtra winter session

The Maharashtra opposition demanded a three-week assembly winter session, beginning in Nagpur Monday, to discuss backward regions of Vidarbha and Marathwada, and also boycotted the customary tea party hosted by chief minister Eknath Shinde at his official residence in the city on Sunday evening.
