Pune with 24L needs 24,000 public toilets: WHO

With insufficient number of public toilets, many venturing out of their homes are being forced to pee in the open. Yet, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s nuisance detection squad (NDS) has penalized one person every day on an average for the last nearly five years for urinating in public places.
