3 off-duty cops create ruckus in Mundhwa eatery

Three off-duty police constables in plainclothes created a ruckus in an eatery in Mundhwa, threatened and assaulted a security guard around 1.15am on Monday, following an argument over being served after the closure of the establishment for the day.
