Over 220 e-way drivers fined for violating seat belt

In a special drive on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, 224 drivers have been fined in a week till September 21 as their passengers were not wearing seat belts. As many as 198 passengers were not wearing seat belts in the rear seats. A fine of Rs 200 was imposed by the highway safety patrol's Pune unit, which described it as an awareness drive.
