No helmets & seatbelts rife on Pune highways

If lane-cutting is the most common violation on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway, speeding and not wearing seatbelts are the most common offences on other highways, such as the Pune-Ahmednagar Road, Pune-Satara Road, Pune-Solapur Road and the Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway.
