Nagpur police start 24x7 child helpline

City police chief Amitesh Kumar on Sunday has launched an emergency 'Child Helpline' (WhatsApp 9823300100) to diffuse tension spreading in the city triggered by the fake kidnapping rumours doing the rounds in the city and the outskirts, especially, in the social media.
