'MVA should answer on stalled plans first'

Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday said the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) partners should 'answer' for delayed or stalled projects like the Nanar refinery before criticizing the Eknath Shinde-led Maharashtra government over the Vedanta-Foxconn semiconductor unit moving to Gujarat from Pune's Talegaon.
