Contractor files cheating case against financier

A 43-year-old civic contractor from Katraj, released recently on bail in a case of giving a bogus bank guarantee to bag a Rs7 crore road and nullah cleaning works contract from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), has filed a complaint accusing a financier of cheating him in the matter.
