CM sees Chandni Chowk jam, now a new traffic plan

A day after Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde's convoy found itself in the slow moving Chandni Chowk traffic, top civic and highway officials on Saturday met at the site and decided to add two more lanes to the junction and pull down an old bridge.
