Rising rates & input costs hit housing sales in Pune

Real estate observer Anarock, in its quarterly report, has found that housing sales in the Pune Metropolitan Region (PMR) declined by around 11% in April-June 2022 as compared to the preceding three-month period, amid 15% drop in national average sales, comprising top seven markets.
