Girl swaps mobile handset with soap, dupes delivery boy

The Cantonment police are searching for five people, including a girl, for allegedly cheating a delivery agent of an e-commerce website by replacing a smartphone worth Rs43,019 with soap cakes on Saturday 1.30pm.
