23k motorists fined in 2021 for talking on phone

The city traffic police have fined 23,484 people for talking on the phone while driving their two-, three-, or four-wheelers in 2021, and till March this year, the police have penalised 2,054 people for similar offence. The police collected fine of Rs49.
