Pune: Speech impaired boy found throttled to death

A 21-year-old man was arrested on Thursday night on the charge of murdering his neighbour, a 16-year-old speech impaired youth, barely an hour after the teenager’s body was found in a gunny bag in a school playground off Paud road. The boy was throttled to death, police said.
