Pune: Poor connectivity stymies learning in e-classrooms

The Pimpri Chinchwad Smart City Limited (PCSCL) has implemented e-classrooms across its 123 civic schools, but neglected to ensure internet connectivity making teachers either teach via limited internet connectivity from their cellphones, through private internet connection or through the downloaded offline teaching material.
