21°C day-night temperature difference in Pune

At least 14 locations in Maharashtra are witnessing day temperatures as high as 35 degrees Celsius despite winter continuing. In locationssuch as Ahmednagar, Solapur, Jalgaon and Akola, mercury has soared over the 37 degrees Celsius-mark in February itself.
