Probe solitary confinement charge: Bombay HC

The Aurangabad bench of the Bombay high court on Friday directed the chief judicial magistrate (CJM) to conduct a fact-finding exercise by personally visiting the Aurangabad jail on Saturday to verify a convict’s claim of being continuously kept in solitary confinement for two years and four months.
