Param Bir, Waze planned a fake encounter: Nawab Malik

NCP leader and state minister Nawab Malik on Tuesday alleged that former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh and suspended assistant police inspector Sachin Waze had planned a fake encounter to sweep the Antilia bomb scare issue under the carpet.
