Maha records 9% death rate in those with mucormycosis

Maharashtra has recorded a 9% mortality rate among patients diagnosed with Covid-associated mucormycosis (CAM) over the last three months. The death rate is much below the 30-50% range that was seen in mucormycosis patients before the pandemic.
