Last yr’s virus hotspots registering fewer cases

Certain locations in the city that were Covid hotspots last year are now seeing fewer new cases, despite an overall surge in infections in the city. The trend, experts said, seems to suggest that antibodies from previous infection may be protecting a large number of people.
