Covid-19: Day’s fatalities drop to nine-month low

The Pune Metropolitan Region (PMR) on Monday recorded three deaths due to Covid-19, its least since April 29 last year when equal number of fatalities were reported. Besides, the region added 270 new cases in the last 24 hours, its lowest since June 9 last year when 270 had tested positive for the infection.
