Constables’ transfers: Crowding at top cop’s office

An internal shakeup of 1,200 Pune police personnel, mostly constables, triggered a crowd situation and social distancing concerns at the police commissioner’s office on Monday after more than 150 of the personnel gathered to voice their grievances against the transfers.
