Man dupes restaurateur by posing as army officer

A caller posing as an army colonel duped a restaurant owner of Rs72,000 on the pretext of ordering food for 40 of his men and then acquiring the details of the restaurateur’s debit card, including one-time password, to pay for the order online on Sunday.
