Pune Metro reworks route to avoid clash

The planned 23km stretch will connect the busy Hinjewadi IT Park to Shivajinagar. In the earlier plans, the Metro would have intersected with the flyover, prompting talk of either integrating it into a hybrid facility or demolishing it entirely to make way for the project.
