CME Bailey bridge accident kills 2 soldiers

Two soldiers of the Corps of Engineers of the Indian Army were killed and nine others, including a Major, sustained injuries after a heavy metal panel collapsed on them when they were training to construct a bridge at the College of Military Engineering on Thursday morning.
