'3 out of 10 bribes in Maha paid for property'

Of every 10 graft cases at government offices in the state this year, nearly three instances were at property and land registration departments, found a recent survey. Municipal corporations emerged as the next worst areas related to corruption with around 27% respondents admitting to paying bribe to get their work done.
