Maha: Over 100 killed in police custody in 4 yrs

Over 100 people have lost their lives in Maharashtra between 2013 and 2017, allegedly after being beaten up in police custody. No policemen were convicted in such cases during that period, according to National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) statistics.
