Maha: Confusion over enforcing new traffic fines from Sunday

The Union government’s notified provisions of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act, 2019, will be applicable from Sunday (September 1, 2019), but a huge confusion is prevailing among the top brass of the traffic police and the transport ministry over its execution in the state.
