Duo use cheap foreign currency bait to dupe man

Swayed by his greed to acquire US dollars at a lower rate cost a Kothrud resident Rs 1.18 lakh on Thursday after two conmen handed him a bag containing bars of soap covered in old newspapers, instead of the promised currency.
