Maha govt says 89% industry jobs held by locals

The sons-of-the-soil issue is back to the fore. A day after Andhra became the first state in the country to reserve 75% of jobs in all private and industrial units for locals, Maharashtra government recalled a decision taken to ensure that nearly 80% of jobs in industries in the state are held by locals
