Cousin throttles woman to death after she slaps their grandmother

A man throttled his cousin to death in a fit of rage on Saturday evening after the latter slapped their grandmother at Dalvinagar in Chinchwad. The Chinchwad police identified the deceased woman as Hrutuja Vicky Wagh (18) and arrested her cousin, Santosh Rohidas Bhondwe (25), of Dalvinagar in Chinchwad.
