Minimally invasive surgery centre for poor

“The idea is to develop a well-equipped laparoscopic surgery centre for all kinds of minimally invasive procedures. We have identified the land for it,” said Ramchandra Hankare, the chief of the health department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).
