Driving drunk? You can lose licence for 6 months

The driving licence of a person caught drunk-driving will be suspended for six months, the state decided on Monday. At present, the period of suspension is three months. Raote said he was planning to host a ‘road safety world cup’, to which the transport ministers of all states would be invited.
