
More than 700 workers of the Dalit outfit Bhim Army were allegedly detained from various parts of Mumbai by the police on Saturday to prevent the holding of a meeting planned by the outfit at Worli’s Jambori Maidan. Party chief Chandrashekhar Azad was not permitted to leave a hotel in Malad, where he has been staying.
